"Traditional Menorcan paradise"

My 1 week stay at the Hotel del Almirante was like staying in paradise. My room was simple and immaculate, quiet, and charming. The grounds were tidy and well kept up and charming. The hotel is older and traditional Menorcan style but feels British because of the clientel and because of the original owner. The pool is sparkling clean and the sweeping view of the harbor is lovely. Although out of town a bit I would still consider it walking distance to the center of both Mahon and Es Castell, within a mile of each. My only gripe? Simple: wanted FRESH o.j. at breakfast, not reconstituted! We are in Spain after all! This is the hotel I will dream of going back to!

"Hotel del Almirante - Collingwood House"

Great location with views over Mahon harbour. easy walk into Mahon. Friendly Staff, nice pool!
