Four Seasons Hotel

Excellent service and staff!! Near the airport (5-7 min by car)

This Hotel really needs a good tidy up, it looks tired and feels that way too! It was good but not as good as the photos may suggest...at least the room was clean. Plus its very close to airport and low flying planes can be heard from the hotel room.

The staff here are nice, but there are four things that made it unpleasant. First, it is not a Four Seasons Resort Hotel. The name was misleading. Second, it is being used as a refugee center and the lobby has been converted into a rec area for male immigrants from sub saharan africa. Third, this propert is in a rural area. You cannot walk to any restaurants or shops. It is 20 Euro to take the taxi anywhere. Last, the restaurant food is decent but drunks are way overpriced. My rating is one star. And I think it should be removed from expedia because the name is deceptive.

Great location near airport. Very helpful and kind night porter who provided drinks and snacks despite the very late arrival. Plenty of breakfast

This ‘hotel’ should be closed down. It was probably pretty poor when new but after years of neglect and with staff who don’t care it is long past its sell by date. Particularly noteworthy were the open electric connections in the jacuzzi, mold and lack of hot water

Easy to get to - short taxi trip or two buses on a a regular route. Hotel room was big - plenty of hot water - air con and heating fitted but didn’t need either - staff helpful - it’s a basic place but has everything you need -

Nice hotel, excellent staff but it needs a makeover... the door was partly broken.

There was a open window in the bathroom without a net and as a result the room was full of mosquitoes. It took me a couple of hours to find and kill them before I could go to sleep. Also when I checked in the receptionist told me that breakfast was include. In the morning it turned out that it wasn't.

The hotel is under the airport flight path and planes seemed to fly until 2am. The toilet leaked and the air con failed On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool large, clean and not too busy

Only a short taxi ride to the airport or car hire outlets. The 4 seasons has aircon and a swimming pool. The food in the evening was basic but not unhealthy. The breakfast was as much as you like and fresh. Its a great place to start or finish your trip. Nice people working very hard. The pool is great and the pool area is continually patrolled and tidied. Possibly not so close to downtown Thessalonika and the rooms are a mite small- but as I said its a top notch place to transfer from or to the airport. If you go into 'saloniki' you wont have the facilities but you will have a better choice of city nightlife within walking distance. It was 36/40 the day I arrived and the pool was all I wanted. The 4 seasons delivered BIG TIME.
