Le restaurant Baja pourrait avoir des salades un peu meilleures

Llegué y la llave del cuarto no funcionaba. Pedí cambio de habitación y no lo hicieron. No limpiaron el cuarto (porque la llave no funcionaba). No se veía tan lleno el hotel como para no cambiar de habitación

Hotel is perfectly located with its private beach. Ample and varied breakfast is excellent. Reception is much improved (my previous visit was slightly underwhelming). I had a wonderful visit and would recommend it to anyone.

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was prachtig. De spa is fijn en het prive strand ook.

De douche was koud, zelfs na 20 minuten op dehoogste stand kwam er geen warm water. Toen we de receptie belden zeiden ze dat we hem een poosje moesten laten doorlopen. We moesten de boot om 6.10am halen, dus hebben we maar koud gedoucht. Vervolgens wilden we uitchecken en moest ik de receptionist zelf uit zijn kantoortje halen, terwijl hij onswel had gezien. Onsontbijt zou klaar staan om mee te nemen, maar datmoest nog gebeuren Twee kleine broodjes, een klein yoghurtje en een banaan met een flesje water is geen luxueus ontbijt. De vorige ochtend hadden we ontbijt bij het ontbijtbuffet gehad en dat was ook niet best. Het buffet was veel te klein voor het aantal mensen, met als gevolg files bij de 2 koffieautomaten en bij het kleine broodhoekje. En het eten was ook nog mwah. Bij eerste ontvangst werden we ook alredelijk onvriendelijk afgeblaft en in het strandcafe la baja werden we ook ongastvrij behandeld door een ober, die16 euro in rekening bracht voor een limoncello spritz... De kamer zelf was niet ruim de badkamer ook niet. De handdoeken worden pasom de twee dagen vervangen. Voor het geld wat je voor dit hotel betaalt mag je veeeeel meer verwachten.

Fantastic hotel and Spa with access to a private beach. The Sky cloud room with hot-tub had sensational views located on the 7th floor of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Transfers planned through the hotel agency is a must.

Delay at the airport as our transfer didn't turn up, easily rectified after contacting agency by phone . The Sky Cloud room could benefit from more storage.

Lovely hotel with spa facilities. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Lots of fun to be had at Baja Beach restaurant and bar. While the restaurant for evening meals is nice there are so many in easy walking distance to explore.
