Lokacija objekta je odlična, more je odmah ispod. Pohvala za maserku, gospođu Natašu koja radi svoj posao fantastično i osoblje La Baja restorana koji su uvijek bili vedri i nasmiješeni. Da je bar osoblje recepcije jednako ljubazno. Pohvala također za osoblje koje čisti sobe.

Osoblje recepcije je neljubazno, neinformirano, neefikasno. Bukiram suite, platim +400eura, imam hidromasažnu kadu koja nije bila upaljena (jer zahtjeva dodatni trošak?!). Suite je bio pun letećih mrava koji su po noći bili svugdje. Žalila sam se recepciji ali neuspješno. Dolazim već godinama u hotel ali hotelu to ne znači mnogo.

The breakfast was above exception. The beach and water amazing. Very good transfer from airport to the resort and back: About 1:10 hour to drive one way even if you arriving at the evening

The beach was the highlight! The views were amazing from the room, restaurants, spa etc. The free sun-beds and umbrella were very comfortable to use. The spa (which is included for free) is also very luxurious and nice to visit because it’s almost always empty. The property has been renovated sometime recently and a lot of features in the hotel and rooms are very nice (when they work). Most of the staff was very friendly!

A lot of things didn’t work. Half of the installations in the spa were out of service. One of the elevators was out of service for our stay and one night both were out. The shower and AC were lackluster and the WiFi was so bad I just used my data. Only one woman in reception was nice and helpful (Lucie) and the other women were quite rude and unhelpful. For the week we stayed we were given one set of towels for the beach & pool. We asked if we could exchange them for clean ones after 3 days and we were told no, we had to use what we were given the whole time. Also we got half board and I can’t recommend the dinner food. The price may be cheaper, but most dishes were either not what the menu said or not very good. Just better to go into town. Also there was a problem with wasps in the outdoor part.

The hotel situated on Lopud island with a private beach. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is beautiful and well maintained with sunbeds for hotel guests. The sea view is just amazing and eating lunch/super at La Baja with a table 50 cm from the sea is just unbelievably beautiful. The staff is very nice warm and smiley. The SPA area on the 7th floor is great. The island coast is beautiful and it includes several restaurants bars and grocery shops.

I’m truly sorry to say this, but everything here is just far too expensive. Overall, the value for money does not justify the visit. We booked half board, but dinners were served from a fixed à la carte menu—not a buffet like you’d expect in Greece or Turkey. If you're staying for seven nights, the limited menu becomes repetitive, and if you don’t eat seafood, your options are even more restricted. I actually ordered from the kids’ menu one evening just to break the monotony. On top of that, drinks are not included—expect to pay €5 for a small bottle of Coke. Breakfast was okay, though the bread was often hard. Access to the island is only by ferry, but with limited departure times (usually early morning or evening), you’ll likely need the hotel’s private transfer. We used it twice, and it cost €140 each way for two people. If you want to dine at one of the few restaurants near the hotel—there aren’t many—you should be prepared for high prices. We paid €75 for two meat mains, one salad, and two beers. In short, the island and hotel are beautiful, but the pricing feels like a ripoff. Unless you have a generous budget, it's simply not worth it.
