Restaurant cheaper than the others on the island

Cold pool

La.vue, le spa, la plage, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la propreté de la chambre, l'emplacement. L'hôtel est magnifique et tout était parfait. Un compliment spécial pour Vesna (spa), Kayne, Tohomir, et les autres serveurs du petit déjeuner qui ont été très attentionnés.

Property was tired, no or little internet connection especially in the room and minimal in the lobby. Dirty corridors, broken lights, mirror in the lift. No bath plug for the Jacuzzi bath, although requested. Hot tub was dirty and not filed, we had to clean it eventually ourselves and fill it again. No transport to and from the ferry to the hotel, they weren't at all helpful. I have MS and lugging a heavy suitcase was difficult. Happy Hour was advertised but when we went it was at a beach bar with 3 small tables and was only for one hour one day a week. Trips were never followed up on and the concierge was never at the desk. Internet was a nightmare I could never get in. As we arrived there was a gentleman complaining saying he had never stayed in such an awful hotel in his life. There was no flexibility re checking in. we arrived a little before check in and we were told to leave our suitcase in and area and they would not check us in until 3 O'clock irrespective of whether the room was ready or not. Dirty glasses were left in the pool area. I stayed there some years ago and it was lovely. I believe they are trying to sell the hotel, but no buyers and clearly they have lost interest in it. I love the island and it is beautifully situated but I most certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I spent some considerable time trying to fill in there feedback form and had completed all of the question and even that couldn't be submitted! Not a pleasant experience.
