The location was great and short walk to the village

It was a bit tired in some areas, the wifi is awful, it disconnects almost immediately, breakfast wasn’t great lots of variety but not great quality. No decent coffee just machine dispenser. Juices were syrup and not fresh. The bar food wasn’t great. We ate in the village where there is lots of restaurants and superior quality. The spa was ok but the steam room was stinking of ammonia, you would think a tom cat went in there and sprayed. We had issues in the room with the safe not working. Then the keycard mechanism tripped out meaning we couldn’t get in the room. Some lights not working in the bathroom. Maintenance were quick to respond. Our welcome letter said we had guarantee use of the beach gazebos but the Hotel messed up and this wasn’t the case and we only found out when the beach attendant told us to move and was insistent even after we showed him the letter, very embarrassing in front of other guests. We did get an apology but the experience was awful. They could do better. Praise does however go to the receptionist Ljubica who was professional friendly and a real credit to that hotel

Private beach is outstanding, good maintained, comfortable sunbeds. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Had 2 times massage in spa, highly recommend, very professional. Also big thanks for yoga classes and Sara, yoga trainer especially.

Food, it’s totally disappointing not only in this hotel but on a whole island, you will find fresh squeezed juice only in mini market, very simple food for a very high price. I could name only the restaurant Dubrovnik on this island where the food was normal, but dimmer with 2 main courses (steak and homemade pasta +2 drinks ) costed 130 euros… food at hotel you cannot eat everyday at all.

Perfect location and views. The hotel beach is amazing and the sunbeds were really comfortable.
