We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The resort’s location, natural surroundings, and facilities are truly beautiful, which led us to expect a high standard of service. However, we were surprised to encounter a significant lack of organization at the beach area. There were no available sun umbrellas, and we were informed that this has been an ongoing issue for several weeks. We reported it to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, no solution was offered. We had to remain under the sun without proper shade, and eventually, we were forced to move from our spot and relocate to another area just to avoid the direct sun. This negatively impacted our comfort and overall experience.

The location is the outstanding feature, lovely views. The spa was nice, the beach was convenient and well looked after. Some staff were very responsive and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't great, there was a reasonable variety of options but expected more for the price and rating of the hotel. The fruit juice was syrup based rather than fresh. The air con in the room smelled damp. When we complained about it they did send someone quickly and they cleaned it and sprayed air freshner but the smell came back after a day. There were ants in the room when we arrived; they cleaned it and that helped, but the ants came back after a while. The hot tub needed a technician to fill it up as the plug was broken and the tub had a lot of limescale in it. The tub and the hotel in general need some maintenance.

The location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. View from balcony was lovely.

We really didn't appreciate the staff allowing selfish guests to put their towels on sun beds very early and then not using the beds for several hours.

Cistoca ispod svake razine. Plijesan u tus kabini. Lajsna tus kabine koja otpada. Rucnici kao da su 15 godina stari… teretana koja se reklamira a nije u funkciji…
