"Fabulous Hotel in the Old Town"

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights in late February 2026, which was our first visit to Chiang Mai. The hotel and rooms are typically Thai style, dark wood and very ornate, and we found it to be spotlessly clean. Our room was on the third floor, very spacious and had extremely comfortable beds (twins) & pillows. The bathroom was enormous and had both a shower cubicle and jacuzzi bath. We got a very warm welcome from staff on arrival, and this continued throughout our stay. It was lovely to have a pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing and again, couldn’t fault the cleanliness. (Worth noting pool towels are available). We stayed B&B and breakfast was good, with adequate choice for SE Asia. The position of the hotel in the old town, couldn’t have been better for us. Central to everything and there were some amazing bars and restaurants very close by. We really enjoyed exploring the back streets nearby and we loved our time exploring Chiang Mai. 3 nights was definitely not enough time though, and we will definitely return to this wonderful city and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Villa Sirillana again.

"Nice location and big room but overpriced for the service."

The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. Fresh eggs prepared any way you wanted as early as 7am. Room was also very spacious and bath was luxurious.

I booked this hotel because it offered a cot, but months later I was informed that they couldn’t give me one, even though a member of staff had promised me one previously. Also there was no high chair in the restaurant so not very baby friendly. We were in the hotel a lot because of the baby but we were not gone all of the time, and the room was only cleaned 3 times in 6 days. Even with that I had to remind the staff to remind their cleaners. For 7 nights the hotel was 950 USD which was too much for the service we received.

Leider nicht gut beschrieben. Ist total nicht raucher hotel. Sogar draussen. Bin nach 30 mim . Abgereist. Kein entgenkommen musste den vollen preis zahlen. Nicht schön
