Las fotografías estan muy bien hechas, pero luego el hotel no tiene la calidad. Las puertas tienen hueco por arriba y abajo por lo que pasa el ruido. El ventilador del aseo hace muchísimo ruido. La televisión es minúscula. Realmente las fotos crean una expectativa pero luego no es lo que es

A la habitación 113 que esta en primer piso, lado piscina llega mucho ruido en la noche, la persona de la recepción ponía su TV con volumen muy alto, en las mañanas mucho ruido también dw personas en general, limita un descanso pleno. Lo demás todo bien

El interes del personal fue bueno en atender las observaciones dadas sobre las habitaciones.

La 1ra habitación no cerraban bien las ventanas, la chapa del baño no servia, una mesa de noche toco quitarla porque estaba que se caía, los cajoneros del mueble se abrían solos, la calidad en acabados muy mala, el aire acondicionado no dejaba cambiar la temperatura. La habitación final asignada, mucho mejor que la 1ra pero la ventana si se cerraba de un lado, se abria del otro, la ducha super pequeña (literal no se podia uno agachar), los cajoneros del mueble tambien se abrian solos. El hotel tiene un restaurante en el primer piso y la extracción de este pasa por la mitad del hotel, por lo tanto a toda hora se tiene el sonido del extractor en el hotel.
