The staff was understanding. And respectful.

The experience was bad, we saw something good in the pictures before doing the reservation, but we saw something different and negative in person ,once we arrived, pictures are deceiving and false from the real thing. The truth is: this place needs maintenance, upgrades and better furnished rooms, doors felt unsafe, noisy, air conditioning wasn't properly working, for the price it was not worth it at all. Windows had fingerprints on them , no chairs or tables in the room, shower was weak and old, the room felt empty, breakfast was ok, but the experience wasn't good, therefore we woke up the next day and canceled the resevation. Only Half of the money was returned , even though it should have been wholly refunded for such sad experience.

La ubicación es muy buena por la variedad de lugares cercanos para comer, tomar bebidas refrescantes y el acceso a la playa que está muy bien cuidada. También el horario de la piscina, uno puede regresar del mar a las 6pm y utilizarla hasta las 8pm que es agradable pero no molesta en la tranquilidad para dormir. El personal es realmente muy amable y disponible para atender solicitudes, necesidades. Hay un lugar para venta de planes turísticos en la recepción, que puede ser muy útil.

El desayuno estuvo bien, pero no corresponde con las fotos de la página, entonces crea una expectativa falsa. Sería bueno alinear eso.
