friendly & helpful staff - couldn't have been any nicer upon arrival and check-in

rundown, filthy rooms. I stayed for 30mins before realising I couldn't bring myself to sleep on dirty pillows in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. VERY cheap price, but unfortunately you get what you pay for.

All the stairs with my arthritis and no lift but thats my fault for not asking for ground floor

Nothing, it was appalling

Too much to list. The room was dirty, the toilet was leaking, shower dripped all night, stains on the pillow/duvet so I stayed on top of the covers all night, a plastic bag had been put over the smoke alarm so didn’t feel safe at all and was at the top of the hotel up 6 flights of stairs. If we had only paid £20-£30 to stay fair enough but I paid £60 and my friend paid £70. Absolutely appalling

Got moved to there sister hotel calypso. As there was a problem with my room. This was when we arrived. The room was really good. Can't complain about the room. The noise at night time was terrible this started at 12pm and lasted until about half past 3am. Drunk guests. Shouting in halls ways. Laughing like a pride of hyenas had no respect for others in the hotel. This was brought up in the morning to the manager. Who was a nice guy. We got moved back to the elmora for the Saturday night stay. It was a small room but was better than listening to the noise from night before. We left at 7am on Sunday morning to come home. Won't be staying there again

Great comfy bed and had everything we needed v clean.
