Dirty mugs on top floor had to go to hotel 2doors up for anything bed uncomfortable wouldn't stay again

"Gf suprise 50th .."

Very disappointed this place seriously gone down hill,stayed here a few times over past few years but this by far the worst..had to pick keys up from a diff hotel down road,noone to welcome U ..toilet didn't flush properly,shower had no hot water and was freezing,place smelt damp and dirty on entry....

The 3 beds is great for us

No hot water again..stayed here a couple of times and same as last no hot in shower or sink..won't be staying again
