Lovely couple running the business but it’s closing down so no breakfast available.

check in was great but the property is very tired and need renovating

Welcoming and accommodating staff but very tired hotel with little pleasure. Clean but worn.

We had stayed here a few years ago and loved it. But now - uncommunicative, no answer to emails/phone calls, front door and room keys left in an envelope outside, no restaurant, no breakfast, terrible mattress, room only had a sea view if you stood on a box, room was cramped, wifi password was incorrect, host information was well out of date, sheet and mattress protector didn't fit properly and came off.

Very beautiful environment and friendly service

A B&B with a very low standard, average customer service, a dirty room and a bed with springs coming through the mattress. The only view was from a velux window of which we had to stand on a box to see out.

Dated hotel, poor standard of cleanliness and repair. Blind in bedroom broken, toilet flush took a few attempts and noisy extractor as needed cleaning Room spacious and bed comfortable and hotel in good location however

I really hate to write bad reviews but I really don’t have a choice! We had booked a room with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath, to be given a completely different room with a horribly uncomfortable bed (could feel every spring) and a shower cubicle. After a long day of climbing a mountain I could have cried that we didn’t have the jacuzzi bath I had booked. The room was also filthy. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet especially - use your imagination. We were so tired as it was late and we were exhausted, that we just went to sleep and left as early as possible in the morning. I really thought we had found a little gem when we booked this hotel, but it was one of our worst stays which is really upsetting.
