Just book it and say Hi to Vernon and the ladies, enjoy the best breakfast in any B&B in the area, I have been coming to Great Yarmouth multiple times a year since 1971 and this place and the people there are 10 out of 10, I booked for 5 days and then had to go home for a meeting, but turned around after and came back for another 5 days, I will be going back in a few days oh and saw The Rag n Bone mans cousins band in the Empire at the Halloween night party 26t oct a 4 minutes walk and won 12 weekend passes for next years HRH Prog Rock Festival at Vauxhall Holiday Park next year

Excellent Full English breakfast. Close to all Amenities. Very good Hosts.

Did Not have Shower/Toilet In my room. Had to Share but It was Not a Problem.
