Good friendly Hosts, great breakfast cooked to order, decent size TV in room. Location spot on and plenty of parking with permit included for length of stay, great value for money would definitely return.

lovely breakfast [full english] lots of variety .Room small but comfortable, very pleasant owner ,great location for beach and shops

the only fault iwould say is that the doors could do with oiling!

Great location and staff were friendly.

Toilet was dirty with faeces around it. Had to clean it myself. Dust on furniture. Carpets stained. Mugs in the room were dirty, cleaned myself before use. Kettle was in an awkward and dangerous place on the windowsill by a bed, had to change the location to the top surface of the fridge. Breakfast was ok but you only had a 45min window from 8am-845am so we wasn't able to enjoy, relax and take our time in the morning. Felt rushed to get out of the dinning area which was a shame as I am a slow eater and enjoy sitting and chatting after breakfast. The dinning area should have stayed open for at least a couple hours during breakfast. Wasn't value for money or a relaxing atmosphere for a family.
