Lovely Hosts, very easy going and helpful. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, warm and welcoming. Our room was ideal and well appointed. Breakfast was great with lots of alternative choices and any request were met without any problems. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Very nice only problem the shower didn’t get hot had to have a cold shower in the morning

everything is great but the hotel needs air conditioning...

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The owners made us feel very unwelcome and we fealt like everything was an issue. 3 minutes late for breakfast and we were only offered coffe and toast even though we were the only guests in the hotel. We had to keep ringing the bell for more coffee and toast at breakfast. They knew nothing about the area or what was happening during the week. Very unfriendly owners. They would suck the atmosphere from any gathering.

Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the tram to get everywhere. Great place to stay and explore Blackpool.
