Excellent welcome, great area, 20 minute stroll to Tower or tram stop 2 mins away at bottom of road. Very very clean, nice room. Nice breakfast absolutely cannot fault it - and I’m fussy!!

My partner and I travelled to Blackpool this weekend to watch a football match and to see the illuminations. The hotel is in an excellent location and is clean friendly and great value for money

"Super Family Hotel "

Supper family weekend break. The Hotel was perfectly located for all the attractions, seafront and trams. A warm and welcoming reception, well decorated rooms and furnishings. A lovely inclusive breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Loved it.

"Nice quiet hotel"

Warm welcome on arrival and a spotless clean room with a lovely breakfast. Tram stop at the bottom of the road made it easy getting too and from the attractions. Only negative was the WiFi which was sketchy at best
