Very nice and clean location was nice and the staff were fantastic.

The room was very tight. And the TV was very, old .

The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The self check in was really easy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. Excellent location also.

Breakfast - tinned fruit and a yogurt would have been great but that is just personal. Most like cereal and cooked breakfasts so not an issue.

Great location, lovely staff, breakfast was super and the room was of a high standard.

The location was excellent, about a ten minute walk from the train station. The buses also left from the train station so it was easy to get about. The room was lovely, a good size with an en-suite bathroom and very comfortable bad. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of cereal, cooked food and juices.

The only things I would have liked is someone to greet me when I checked in rather than the self check in and also breakfast to be served a little earlier, maybe from 8am rather than 8.30am.

Lovely decor, lots of attention to the small details

The check-in procedure was straightforward and the earlier than normal check-in time helped. I also liked the communal sitting room, but the best thing about the property were the staff I interacted with; Kirsty, who I met shortly after I’d arrived, was very friendly and welcoming, and the lady who served me breakfast who was also very nice.

The room was a little on the small side and there could’ve been a better selection of teas and coffee, but overall it was very good.
