"Lovely guest house and good value for money in an excellent location close to the sea."

The parking 1st day was a bit of a nightmare but understand due to it being a BH weekend.

Everything was perfect, lovely clean comfortable accommodation with the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and Breakfast was perfect.

Nothing that we didn't like, we will certainly be returning.

General friendliness of Keith & Yvonne. Helpful hosts. Room clean and comfortable with an excellent shower!

Stairs were a little steep to the top floor, but not a problem.

A warm welcome , excellent breakfast and very comfy bed . Good location

Only fault I can say was the pressure on the shower , this is understandable with being on the 3rd floor

Well I thought the location of where the b&b is was perfect as everything was easy to get to as well & places around were easy to find as well. And the owners were really nice and helpful as well & really friendly & had no issues or problems if I needed to ask anything & I will definitely be back as well & would highly recommend the b&b to anyone that would ask me of places to stay in Whitby.

It's not a case I didn't like but I know I was a solo traveler but I would have preferred a double bed instead of Single bed as I'm a big guy & I did struggle for room in it & that's it really.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. Yvonne and Keith were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, in walking distance of all amenities. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

The only downside was that it took us a while to find a parking space in the zone compatible with the hotels parking permit. This was due to the regatta, which was taking place at the time of our visit.

Good breakfasts full English hot fresh .Keith and Yvonne very friendly will go again if we return to whitby .

Comfy bed and pillows ,good hot shower .toiletries in bathroom .
