Breakfast cooked within 10 minutes of saying what you needed, nice and hot. Proper full English Cereal, yoghurt, fresh orange juice Tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits complement bottle of water in the room. Hand soap, shower gell,and 1 other i can't remember in the bathroom, towels changed every 2nd day if needed . Excellent hosts

Breakfast and location were amazing although parking was challenging. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was cooked to order and first class

When we were checking out hosts were more interested in getting upstairs to clean than saying goodbye

Very friendly staff good breakfast in the morning and attentive to any dietary requirements.I was a single traveller and the Europa is close to the centre of Whitby.My room was clean and had coffee making facilities if required and a small tv.Also I arrived very early on my first day and a quick email prior to arriving so I could drop off my luggage was no problem and it meant I could enjoy as much of the day as possible.

The room was a bit of a climb up flights of stairs but no problem if you are reasonably fit.The ensuite toilet was a bit cramped but to be honest its not really much of an issue unless you are a very large person.I do totally recommend staying here but just bear in mind for access unless theres other rooms that the Europa offers for say wheelchair users

The meet and greet, the communication and interaction with both Yvonne and Keith. They were very helpful around the parking too. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent. A good value for money stay.

My room was lovely, hosts were great and breakfast was yummy. Great spot for exploring Whitby.
