The ORIENT

The location and the atmosphere of the hotel speak for its historical significance. It has kept timeless charm with modern twist services. I enjoy the nightwear provided by the hotel. It was comfortable and soft. I bought two sets of nightwear as my souvenirs from The Orient. I am sure I would cherish it for a long time.

The carpet of the room and the dining area are not the best. I was probably allegic to the dust of the carpet.

接待人員非常的親切。房間用具質感遠勝一般商旅。乾淨，地點優秀，可以停車。

Das Hotel überzeugt mit sehr großen, sauberen Zimmern und einem freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service. Die Lage ist hervorragend, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere und vielfältige Frühstück. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

L'hotel est proche du port et du Chinatown (environ 10 minutes à pied de souvenir). Etonnement le quartier est très calme (en plus d'être chic, donc pour ceux qui ne sont pas fan de ce style de quartier cela risque de ne pas vous intéresser), mais de manière général, j'ai eu la sensation que Kobe était une ville assez calme. Concernant l'hôtel, extrêmement chic mais surtout le décor, on est pas dans le décor caricatural du chic, c'est raffiné, moderne et très coloré, ce dont je suis assez sensible. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, je ne me souviens plus exactement celle que j'avais prise, mais c'était pour deux. La taille de la chambre était gigantesque pour ce qui est proposé au Japon (~ 70 m2). Le mobilier est bien entretenu, la chambre bien agencée, et la literie. OLALALALA. Pour moi c'est le point fort, une literie exceptionnel, je ne pensais pas que cela existait. Clairement vous dormez dans un nuage. Doux, moelleux, confortable. Combiné au pyjama que je regrette de ne pas avoir acheté finalement, la qualité et la douceur du tissu, exceptionnel. Bref. Je pense que vous vous doutez, j'ai passé mes meilleurs nuits là bas. J'ai également essayé le petit déjeuner, suivant les porte-monnaies, peut être que celui ci peut paraitre excessif en prix, cependant, il est plutôt bon avec un large choix (petit déjeuner chinois, japonais, occidental proposé) avec la vue sur la ville ou le port suivant votre emplacement.

Comfortable bed, very clean.

We paid for the club floor which I wouldn’t recommend. The ‘free snacks’ were cannister jars of nuts and rice crackers that were not topped up during our 3 night stay. Whilst most staff were friendly, there were a few staff who were unhelpful and abrupt when we needed help to work out how to check in. Telling visitors who’ve never stayed there before it go to level 8 is not enough information. Harbour side rooms on level 9 will get you a view of the back for the buildings. Request level 12 or higher if you’re going to pay for this.
