The ORIENT

以前から気になっていたこちらのホテル。 旧居留地にあって、ハーバーにも街の中心部に行くにも便利です。スタッフは親切で、滞在はとても快適でした。 事前にこちらのフロント気付で送った荷物も預かって下さり、この点もありがたく感じました。 また伺いたいです。

We love the rooms at the Orient. The beds are so comfortable and the linen and doonas are soft and plush. We love the deep bath and skin care products. Everything is high quality

We were very disappointed in the breakfast The usual level 17 room was not available so the ambience was sorely lacking. The variety of options didn’t seem up to normal standards and the meal I ordered crab and eggs benedict was flavourless and soggy. At 110,000 yen this felt not good value. We are not inclined to return after this experience.

綺麗で駅とアリーナのちょうど中間にあり場所が良かった。

値段の割には、、という印象。 ソファーは少しくたびれた感があるし、朝食はすごく待たされた上に、バイキングのメニューを見る前に、一品メニューをすぐに決めるよう求められる。さらに同じものを二つ頼んでも一つしか来ない。。 忙しいんだと思うが、やはり値段の割に、、と感じてしまう。

この度親族の結婚式会場ということで宿泊いたしました。 チェックイン時に「おめでとうございます」とまずお言葉を頂戴しました。 スタッフの皆さんの笑顔と親切な振る舞いがとても良かったです。 ベッドが今までで1番の寝心地でした。 朝ごはんも美味しかったですう

残念なところで最上階の朝食会場が改装中のため6階に変更だったこと。また次回のお楽しみにしておきます。
