The Chateau is a beautiful hotel in a tranquil setting surrounded by tropical forest. The sound of the birds, insects and monkeys all around! The whole staff team are incredible, going over and above to make a stay most enjoyable and relaxing. We were in a situation on arrival for our 2 night stay of trying to find flights home to the UK due to the conflict in the Middle East, the manager offered us an great deal to extend our stay whilst we figured things out. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious with a fantastic choice and all freshly made. The rooms are excellent, very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff visit regularly to ensure nothing is missed and pop in the evening with fresh bottled water and a sweet treat! The spa provided a sanctuary to properly relax and forget the word for a few hours, the therapists are excellent! There is a complementary yoga session each morning in the courtyard... could a day start any better? The pool area is very clean and there are both loungers and covered areas to chill in. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, the hotel offers amazing value for money, it really feels like it should be more expensive than it is! I'm sad to leave today but definitely plan to return one day 💕

I love everything. The ambience, the room , the food and the staff is so friendly. I go there for my wedding night honeymoon and requested cake/deco for my room and they give me cake eventhough it was last minute request!!And we enjoy our time at Japanese Village and Colmar Tropicale which is free if you stay at the hotel if not you have to pay for RM14 for adults
