The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort

The Chateau has a great setting and plenty of charm, but some aspects felt inconsistent. While the room was comfortable, service was a bit slow at times and a few amenities didn’t quite meet expectations. Pleasant overall, but not exceptional.

The place are premium. Customer service also friendly. Good place to relax and chill. Good for value and price affordable

We recently spent two unforgettable days at The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort over the long weekend, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Traveling as a family with our two children (aged 3 and 12) and our helper, we were immediately impressed by the resort’s flawless attention to detail and world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Liyana greeted us with refreshing welcome drinks in the elegantly designed lobby and graciously escorted us to our stunning double-storey suite. The suite was immaculate, beautifully appointed and thoughtfully arranged with cakes, drinks and chocolates awaiting us in both bedrooms. Even the little touches like slippers beside each bed and neatly placed praying mats, made us feel completely cared for. Our children were absolutely thrilled with the space and so were we. Dinner at La Vie that evening was exquisite, perfectly setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Breakfast the following morning, though modest in spread, offered high-quality selections with fresh produce from the resort’s very own organic farm. Enjoying our meal beside the shimmering pool, surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, was an absolute delight. The service was attentive and polished, making every moment feel effortless. After breakfast, we were met by Mark, the Guest Service Manager, whose recommendations helped us make the most of our day. We visited the Rabbit Farm, which our animal-loving daughter adored and then explored the scenic Japanese Village. Lunch at Ryo Zan Tei Sushi Restaurant, where we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Azhar, was superb. That evening, we indulged in Indian cuisine at L’assiette, another culinary highlight. This trip was designed for relaxation and The Chateau provided the perfect sanctuary. The serene surroundings, coupled with the impeccable service, allowed us to unwind completely. Our children were delighted throughout and my youngest didn’t want to leave at check-out. A true testament to the resort’s charm and comfort. We’re really happy that they have Filipino staff, as they’re known for their warm and excellent hospitality. Mark always makes sure to guide us on the complimentary items included for hotel guests. Overall it was a good experience.

Stayed at The Chateau Spa & Wellness as a solo traveller, mainly to disconnect and relax my mind in nature. The environment was peaceful, cool, and surrounded by greenery — exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t really use the facilities, as my intention was simply to slow down, rest, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The surroundings were serene and calming, perfect for unwinding away from the city noise. Special shout-out to John, who warmly welcomed me upon arrival and took the time to introduce the hotel facilities. His friendliness and hospitality made a great first impression. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re seeking solitude, fresh air, and a mental reset. Best suited for those who appreciate nature and tranquillity rather than activities Friendly reminder to keep your windows shut, as our friends - monkeys do wander around, one even entered my room and left a “surprise” for me 🐒💩🤣

Pour le repas de fin d'année, nous sommes à l'heure que nous avions prévu a table mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps de diner correctement car ils ont fermé le buffet plus tot que ce qu'on nous avait annoncé. Nous avons du interrompre notre moment pour qu'ils puissent fermer les stand de cuisine. C'était assez désagréable et pas au niveau du service et encore moins du prix de ce repas.
