"Underwhelming Stay with a Great View but Limited Atmosphere"

The stay was decent overall, but a bit underwhelming. The room felt quite old and wasn’t especially comfortable, though the view was definitely a highlight. The food was good and I had no complaints there. The main drawback was the journey from the highway to the hotel, which is long and uphill and can feel tiring or even dizzying. On weekdays, the property is also extremely quiet, to the point where it lacks atmosphere. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it’s not a place I’d be eager to return to.

"The Chateau Resort :A beauty of the lush sphere and top-notch services"

I was fascinated by the beauty of the lush sphere surrounds “The Chateau Resort”. The resort’s classic buildings, and the atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing. I enjoyed the variety/diversity of breakfast, lunch and dinner at the “Resort”. And the top-notch service from the staff members of The Chateau Resort has been the pleasant experience of my stay at the ‘Resort”. Here, I would like to give special thanks to Assistant Food Beverage Manager, Bobby and two staff members, Aeri, and Jeffery. If the “Resort” can upgrade the buses’ conditions and services from Colmar Tropicale Resort to Bentong City, The Chateau Resort should own a FIVE STAR rating. But this time, I can only rate 41/2 stars.
