The building beautiful everything is nice, staff & the room superb only one thing the price for the dinner a little bit expensive, because we don't eat much even is buffet but overall great escape from busy city, but management should enhance the Colmar side to open more cafe or restaurant to hang around, but we do enjoy our stay thank you.

Monkey ha..ha because I don't feel safe, at the Colmar management should add more flowers for visitor to enjoy & should have seat for visitor too, or management should add more cafe or restaurant for visitor to have more choice thank you.

"A Chateau Without the Charm"

This stay was a complete disappointment. The property markets itself as elegant and refined, but the reality is far from it. The room was poorly maintained, with visible wear, questionable cleanliness, and an overall neglected feel. Basic amenities were either broken or missing, and nothing felt thoughtfully prepared. Service was just as underwhelming. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and dismissive when issues were brought up. For the price charged, the experience felt careless and unprofessional. If you’re expecting comfort, attention to detail, or anything resembling a true chateau experience, you won’t find it here. Overpriced, misrepresented, and not worth the stay.

"Great Escape"

From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly relaxing. The resort is beautifully designed, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views that immediately put you in holiday mode. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning. The staff truly stood out: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was generous with a great variety, and the facilities were well thought out, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding. This resort strikes a rare balance between comfort, tranquility, and quality service. A wonderful escape and definitely a place we would love to return to.

"Lovely and charming French stay"

Lovely experience. Mark the manager is so professional and accommodating. Will come back. About the room, it is getting a little old but still okay. Hope to see some new refurbishments next time. Restaurant drink selections needs to improve.
