Hvis man er til bed and breakfast er dette sted enestående ift beliggenhed og stemning. Værelserne er af forskellig størrelse, ikke luksus men rigtig gode til prisen og med ret nye badeværelser. Dejlig morgenmad med lækker italiensk skinke, pølse, æg, ost, frugt, kager, youghurt mv. Morgenmaden indtages på en hyggelig cafe/restaurant få huse fra B&B, og specialkaffe ad libitum er inkluderet. Har boet der før og kommer gerne igen.

Bargain price and a little basic but works for a weekend visiting Lucca.

Excellent room with excellent facilities in an excellent central location.

Enjoyable 3 night break at Anfiteatro. We were just looking for somewhere to lay our heads that was handy for exploring Lucca, and this little B&B fitted the bill nicely. As many reviewers comment, when assessing the quality of accommodation you have to bear in mind the price paid. Including the local tourist tax, we were charged €60/night for the room and ordinary breakfast. We considered it good value.

Truly a beautiful spot Very clean and comfortable. I was in a front room directly on the main shopping street so the street noise even withthe windows closed was noticable. Also the noises within the B and B carried from room to room. None of this bothered me and I slept very well but if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs!! The staff was lovley and very helpful and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

Fantastic location, impeccably clean, great helpful host. Feel like being in your own place with a common room for self made coffee. They own a restaurant next door n offer a discount. Centrale located.

the manager of the hotel was very easy to reach at all times, we stayed at this hotel for 2 days and realy enjoyed our stay in this little town. there was a nice walking trail that you could walk all the way around the town. Lots of good resturants within walking distance and not far to train station and shops. Breafast was served at the hotels resturant which was right beside the hotel and was very nice.

Lovely hotel inside the walled city within walking distance of everything. Beautiful breakfast as well. Very reasonable rate.

This hotel in Lucca was excellently located in the old city. The dingy stairway led to a large breakfast area with an aging office area for the B&B. The owner was extremely warm and inviting but the rooms were less so. Our room had an air conditioner but it was not set and working properly so the small cramped room was warm and stuffy. The breakfast was acceptable but not up to the quality of other similarly priced properties. Upon reflection, I would probably not choose to stay in this hotel on another visit to Lucca.
