Location for City Centre. Comfortable bed. Decent pub

Poor lighting in the room generally. Only one bedside light. Reported apparent non working extractor fan.

Check in process very good. Rooms were nice, very clean but some of the paint work on the landing could do with an update. no noise from the pub below. The service was very good.

The Waterman is in a great location near the river. It is on a fairly busy but the traffic noise didn't bother us. There was no noise whatsoever from the pub below. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was no kettle so had to use the water heater on the coffee machine to make tea which was a bit fiddly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely and warm on a cold weekend.

An absolute gem of a find. A little away from the centre but a nice walk and plenty of bus stops. Our room (2) was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, warm, a really nice bathroom with clean towels and toiletries provided. The breakfast was well worth the money with good quality bacon, sausage and egg. I'm assuming the people we met were the hosts and what pleasant people too. Rooms on top of a boozer which sells proper beer too, what's not to like?

Absolutely nothing to moan about.

The property is very close to the city center.

The room was quite small, and the overall condition felt a bit worn and slightly outdated.

Pleasant staff, good beerl, comfortable bed.

Very small room not even space for a chair. A rudimentery hanging rail. No drawers or shelves for storing clothes but a single row of coathooks. Behind the door.
