"Great hotel to visit Quito!"

The hotel staff is super friendly. Everyone is very helpful, always polite and with a happy smile. The location is good, near to restaurants, cafés and pubs (walking distance). The La Mariscal artisanal fair is 8 blocks away. We booked one day because arriving early to a group tour and they gave us a super nice room with a balcony, that we stayed the next days. For sure was a complimentary upgrade! Breakfast is very good.

Very clean. Fabulous restaurant next door.

Mostly residential neighborhood so you need to take an Uber to get everywhere (cheap fares tho).

The hotel is really close to various restaurants, attractions and not too far from the old town. I was ill during my stay and the staff could not do enough to help me, from calling the doctor out, helping with pharmacies, checking in on me and assisting with anything else I needed - in my experience, it can be rare to find such accommodating staff. Thank you.
