Clean, spacious lobby and well lit restaurant.

The room was cramped, very small, looked nothing like the photos. The breakfast was acceptable but not great.

We loved our stay at Ikala Quito. There is a very European feel to the hotel, comfortable rooms and beds, fabulous breakfast, welcoming helpful staff. They can provide transportation from the Quito airport. We cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ikala Hotel in Quito. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable.

Great rooms and nice breakfast included. The staff are accommodating! They also have laundry service which is a bit pricey but we traveled with just carry-on bags and were grateful to have some clean clothes! We ate dinner at the restaurant our last night and it was affordable, easy and had good service. We stayed 3 different nights with breaks in-between between adventures to Galapagos, the cloud forest and Mt Cotopaxi. It was nice to have a warm shower and great bed between adventures.

Same music 24/7

Beautiful hotel on the outside and lounge areas/restaurant. Our room was average with a window facing a covered atrium area. Great location in city. Restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent. Unfortunately, there is no a/c in rooms, so room was hot and stuffy at night. Did not sleep well. 😣
