Honestly, not much. The only thing we truly appreciated was the proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, especially convenient when traveling with a young child. Breakfast and dinner were good, but…

On Booking it says that the hotel has an “indoor pool”: THIS IS NOT TRUE. There is only a small tub inside the SPA and, when I pointed this out at check‑in, I was told that “that’s the one”. I then asked to leave the hotel because it did not match the description, but I was told I would have to pay a penalty of one night: €300. Truly unacceptable.All drinks are charged separately, which is quite disappointing considering the cost of the stay.Breakfast and dinner were good, but the menu repeated itself every two days and, for the first time, I noticed how much of the leftover food from the previous evening was being “reworked” and reused. The cleanliness of the dishes also needs improvement: among the “clean” plates and cutlery, there were often dirty ones. Even the fondue sticks had been put back with chocolate stains still on them. Most of the dining room staff were friendly, but sometimes too quick to take your plate away before you had even finished eating. On the first evening, I even had to pay for a bottle of water with the POS using my left hand because I was holding a kebab in the other and had my mouth full — zero patience.Lastly, no entertainment or activities for children, which is a real shame considering the area and the type of guests.

Loved it. Very elegant hotel that runs very smoothly. Amazing location 1 minute from the beach. Nice food. My room was facing the back and it was extremely quiet and comfortable. Enjoyable pool with jacuzzi. Didnt use spa but seemed nice.

Limited pool chair space (but I always found). The buffet food and drinks could have better descriptions on the labels to understand ingredients.

Everything was amazing, for the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was amazing, cleaning ladies as well, the drinks in the hotel are great, they are cheap and they do not cut down on alcohol!! They speak multiple languages and are eager to help with everything. The food, oh my God the food was fantastic! We will for sure be back!! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The best hotel so far!
