Przemiła obsługa, Pan Lukas z recepcji jest najlepszy!!! 🤩 Blisko do plaży, sklepów, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego. Hotel czysty, woda w basenie cieplutka. Śniadania wyborne. Będę wszystkim polecać i na pewno sama jeszcze wrócę! Dziękuję za wspaniały wypoczynek!❤️ The staff were incredibly friendly, and Lukas at the reception is simply the best!!! 🤩 The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. Everything was very clean, and the pool water was wonderfully warm. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and I’m sure I’ll come back myself! Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing stay! ❤️

Frühstück war ok. Abendessen am ersten Abend nichts besonders, die anderen Tage dann gut. Nur zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten im Hotel, was mit Baby im Bett ein Problem war. Aber es wurde ein Extra Topper ins Zimmer gebracht, um das zu lösen

I booked last minute but they didn´t take 5 minutes to put AC on. At check in the room was too hot. Reception recommended to not open the balcony door. Which I had to do to breathe fresh air, all curtains drawn and lights off to keep mosquitoes away. The AC was a joke compared to where I am now, 90 EUR a night and impeccable AC elegant flat device I never saw. The bathroom was hotter. The walled in mirror for make up was too high. No wall mirror. The mattress was too soft. Not firm. The mini bar was not cool. There was no water bottle as it should have been in the room so the receptionist gave me one cold, which helped. I was thirsty. I woke up with a sore throat around 10 am. Never heard so much noise at any hotel. Cleaners sounded like Construction workers. Speaking very loud German. They put me on ground floor where some disabled guests seem to live. A german name was seen on a door. Maybe a resident. Ground floor rooms are the worst for me. That is why it was the last one left. Best rooms are for tourists, My passport is SP unfortunately. The receptionist left me thunderstruck when assuming I lived in the birth place. He treated me as the peninsular village idiot very insidiously. He thought I wouold not notice. I was raised in a French speaking country. At check out I asked reception to call a cab. No taxi ever came. I had to go down the stairs and wait in the sun until one taxi appeared, Had I said it was for the airport, no problem. I had to go to Alcudia. 22 EUR. I even entered a crap store next door to see if they could call a taxi. Bad idea. Another Paki or Bengladeshi speaking no English no Spanish. The area was horrible. At remote distance construction works. Playa de Muro is disfigured. In te end a grumpy taxi driver stopped. Not the one the hotel called. He was not eager to work but he knew he would get 22 EUR. Receptionists, indifferent, robotic.
