Desayuno y tranquilidad.

Calefacción no funcionaba algunas veces. No frigorífico en habitación. Pocos enchufes.

So clean, and comfortable. Never been anywhere as beautifully maintained as this. The shower was so powerful and everything was spotless. I can't praise this place enough

El buen trato recibido desde el primer momento por todo el personal, la amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de aparcamiento y el desayuno completo.

En mi caso, habría considerado más cómodo disponer de plato de ducha, pero es algo muy personal.

A lovely grand old building in a good location. The staff were great and ther ewas a good breakfast. We felt the room lacked facilities - it was large but rather basic. The price was a bit steep given that.

No tea and coffee making facilities, rather dark corridors.

The location and the building itself are beautiful, creating a lovely first impression. The house has real charm, and I appreciated that the room was clean, which reflected a good level of care for basic standards.

Unfortunately, the room décor was eccentric and did not match the elegant style of the building. The room lacked meaningful amenities and felt cold and uninviting despite its cleanliness. Breakfast was very basic—more of a simple coffee-and-toast setup rather than something special or memorable. Additionally, the receptionist was not particularly pleasant; check-in took a long time, and she expressed frustration about incomplete forms that could easily have been finalized later. While I would happily return to this location, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Fantástica experiencia. La Casona preciosa con un jardín espectacular. Entorno muy tranquilo. A 2 km de Santillana del Mar. El personal atentísimo y muy amables. Buffet variado y con el personal siempre atento a cualquier necesidas.

Nada que reseñar.
