Nos hemos alojado en familia y nos ha encantado! Un gran casero señorial rehabilitado. El trato fantástico! Es ideal para familias y por su ubicación junto Santillana del Mar y perfecto realizar las excursiones por toda la región! Buena zona parquing en el hotel. Ha ido todo genial!

Por indicar algo, nos hubiera gustado desayunar en el bonito salón pero nos pareció un poco costoso para la unidad familiar, aunque seguramente sea un desayuno riquísimo

El Palacio es precioso, la atención muy buena. El desayuno muy bueno también y el jardin exterior, precioso.

Creo que el precio es demasiado elevado para los servicios que ofrece la habitación que nos dieron, quizá si hubiera agua, cafetera, minibar, balcón... la habitación era boinita pero quizá por el precio, esperábamos más.

No cumple los estándares de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Parece más un estilo de alojamiento posada rural de la zona

Um pouco afastado do centro para quem quer deslocar-se a pé. Funcionários muito simpáticos, eficientes e prestáveis. Uma típica "Casona" espanhola, com decoraçao acolhedora. Quarto muito espaçoso. Um otimo pequeno almoço, muito variado. Parque prático e gratuito.
