Amazing trip! Amazing views relaxation at its best! A hidden gem in the mountains.

The good things first: the location of the hotel is beautiful with a magnificent views over Port de Soller and a lovely sunset. The pool area is nice albeit quite small. Unfortunately, the service falls far short of expectations. Despite having a seemingly large team of staff, they were frequently inattentive. On multiple occasions, our plates were left uncleared, drink orders were forgotten, and no follow-up was made to offer additional refreshments. We often had to clear our own table or seek assistance proactively. Dining Experience: One particularly frustrating aspect is that the hotel’s restaurant operates independently. As a result, food and drinks are only served within the designated restaurant area—not by the pool or in the scenic garden, where many guests would naturally want to sit and enjoy the view. This significantly limits the flexibility and overall experience. Additionally, all restaurant charges must be paid immediately, as you cannot charge them to your room—an inconvenience that feels outdated for a hotel of this standard.

Location beautiful gardens and scenery

I love it but I thought the breakfast could have been better considering the price and it’s nice to be served tea coffee and juice not from a cheap machine! I also think they could provide things like tampons razors spare toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms otherwise it’s a €60 trip to the pharmacy if you haven’t got a car. I also found it a lot busier due to influencers turning up flying drones and taking selfies which I found irritating as a guest. I suppose the hotel makes money so they’ll have to take that chance of losing old clientele in favour of a more rowdy crowd. I don’t think it would ultimately stop me rebooking though.

Windy one lane road to get to the property - could be hairy for faint of heart. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site, it was wonderful. It’s not full full service but the location more than made up for that. You can’t beat the best sunset there ever!
