Absolutely an amazing experience! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The views were to die for! The restaurant was top tier (try the Hake loin). The only thing that I didn’t like was the jacuzzi was barely warm and the staff claimed that was the highest it would go.

"Lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and a significant gap between promise and delivery"

4.0

The facilities themselves are well-designed, offering a charming retreat feel, and the surroundings are picturesque, offering a serene setting that is ideal for relaxation. However, the service inconsistencies overshadowed these aspects, leading to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

I checked in for a two-night stay and found a polite front desk team but with some unusual interactions. During the room presentation, I was unnecessarily informed that the hotel and the restaurant are owned by different entities — frankly, is irrelevant to guests seeking a seamless, unified hospitality experience. At the arrival I inquired about dinner options, but only upon my return from dining out later that night was I informed — almost by accident — that the hotel restaurant would be closed the following day (Monday). Instead, a minimal offering of a pre-ordered cheese and ham plate would be available for “dinner” (and must be requested by 11:30 AM) When questioned, the front desk staff defensively mentioned that this information had been included in a confirmation email sent five days prior. Even if that were the case, it should have been properly and personally communicated at check-in. Additionally, the dinner recommendations given (Soller/Port de Soller) proved disappointing, as these towns were almost deserted by 9 PM — something any local professional could easily anticipate, especially in late April. The morning after, trying to make the best of it and aiming to a relaxing day by the pool after a compensating breakfast, but again, some further issues. At 10AM (breakfast service supposed to run until 11), I found the buffet almost completely empty of pastries or orange juice. When I asked for more items, I was bluntly informed that I would have to make do with what was available at the buffet. Again, the excuse about the hotel and restaurant being under separate management was repeated. Only after some insistence, and not without rudeness from the breakfast service staff, I receive some freshly baked items — along with the breakfast bill, which I neither requested nor expected.
