The triple we stay is big, set dinner served in-room was excellent. We're there in 1st week od Apr this year (2013), the river and cherry blossom in the hotel looks so beautiful. Stay here makes u feel like you back to the old time in Japan. Breakfast is great, they hhave 3 spa (onsen) site. the semi-outdoor and the outdoor one makes you feel so good. This is the best site while our stay in Arima, Osaka and Kyoto !

the stay was great, everyone was very kind and the place beautiful - though, it smells like old wood...

the food served in this onsen hotel is superb. so are their female staff. biggest let down are their male front desk staff. while their pick up service is efficient, the male greeter did not even bother to help with the bags on arrival. he only did so reluctantly when asked to help a female passenger. same thing happened on departure. another male door staff did not assist the female guests when they obviously struggled with their luggage. very unbecoming for a top class Japanese hotel!

十分鐘即可到溫泉老街。有免費的酒店接駁，服務周到。戶外溫泉很舒服! 雖然只是留宿一個晚上，但是印象十分深刻。服务一流，晚上的日餐一共13道由酒店職員親自奉上的和式晚餐，味道也不錯。之後，又再次入浴及浸泡溫泉，以試齊酒店內各個溫泉。

서비스도 아주 좋았고 음식도 괜찮았습니다~ 송영서비스도 좋고 버스예약서비스까지 해줘서 너무 좋았습니다...

It was easy to get to this hot spring hotel from Osaka. We took the express shuttle bus and it only took us around 1 hr one way. Hotel staff was very nice, we were given a free little bottle of sake of our welcome gift. We stayed there on a Thur and it wasn't a lot of visitors so we were able to enjoy the hot spring more privately. Dinner in room was the best part, it totally filled us up and the service was very good. Bedding was also very comfortable. The down side of this hotel is that it's a little dated, it didn't bother us though, it adds into the "tradition feel" of the hot spring resort.

雖然酒店地點離車站稍遠,卻因此擁有獨立於世的私人空間!獨享了整個山頭的美景,酒店雖然年代較早,房間維持得非常整潔乾淨,居住其中非常舒適,另外室內與室外的湯泉,更是令人心曠神怡,真叫人念念不忘!飲食也稱得上是水準之中,精緻養眼且美味!

I visited this ryokan at Christmas with family. It was fully reserved when we got there, but the service was nice. Even they upgraded the dinner service: from dinner buffet to kaiseki cuisine. The bath and body stuff was nice. There are three kinds of pools which seem to be simple, but it was not crowded and convenient to use.
