Despite booking in advance I was forced to make payment before before access or make deposit in foreign currency; they refused to give quote in Rupees but insisted in converting US Dollars to Ruppes at a lower exchange rate there was general non disclosure and lack of transparency in their dealings with me as a guest

Hôtel calme idéal pour se reposer. Activités proposé par l’hôtel inexistante, le Sauna inexistant car en panne pendant tout mon séjour. Buffet du petit déjeuner décevant, la stratégie est à revoir et la formation du personnel également. Le responsable du restaurant japonais méprisant et très désagréable, heureusement que la Maitre sushis (Malika) été au niveau avec une excellente préparation.

Personnel à l’écoute et efficace

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit paisible avec un personnel adorable et serviable. Un seul petit bémol sur la cuisine "européanisée" mais pas très bien maîtrisée. En revanche, les plats mauriciens sont très bons. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'euphorie touristique de certains endroits mais il vaut mieux être véhiculés.

It is perfect for a business traveller - some chill out areas - food is great value as is the hotel with the cost being one of the lowest for a proper 4* hotel - (some listings are B+B homes). Staff on the whole are friendly.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette Personal und der ausgezeichnete Service. Sowohl Rezeption, als auch Hotelpage, Zimmermädchen und Restaurant waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beispiel: Rezeption erkundigte sich von selbst, ob das separat gebuchte Taxi auch schon unterwegs ist. Extra Lunchboxen und Badetücher wurden für uns an der Rezeption bereitgestellt, nachdem wir ihnen von der geplanten Exkursion zum Strand erzählten, und und und.. Und das alles eigenständig und ohne, dass wir sie darum bitten mussten! Achtung! Für diejenigen, die den Shuttle bus von/nach Port Louis in Anspruch nehmen möchten: man sollte sich nicht auf die Timetable verlassen sondern der Rezeption bescheid geben, da die Busse ausfallen können. Nicht so gut, wenn man damit gerechnet hat.
