The Address Boutique Hotel

A very quiet and peaceful little hotel located about 15mins taxi drive from Port Louis (Seafront) in a purpose built resort consisting of the hotel and villa's (for let and private) around purpose built island lagoons. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel really so be warned you need transport but this is not a problem if your already aware. The hotel is very charming with great sea views over the lagoon but the hotel restaurants (two, Italian type and Sushi) are shared with the villa users so even though you are a hotel resident, you are not guaranteed a table and if busy have to wait until they come free or book to eat at your own hotel. We visited in the quiet season so I can only imagine it worse in the high season and the closest alternative is to take a taxi to Port Louis which did on more than a few nights. The cold buffet breakfast and hot alternative was not very good either with much room for improvement given the hotels standard. Bar and restaurant service can only be described as appalling and was certainly not representative of the hotels star rating so don't go expecting to be served immediately and be prepared to go up to the bar yourself if you want serving. When complaining about this to the hotel management, they did little to show any real concern. This said although we cannot say its anywhere near 4.5 stars, we did consider it value for money and staying at a similar hotel in other parts of the world would cost allot more.

Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good food and room comfortable

Big room, very confortable... nice view. if you want to eat out side of the hotel, you need to get your car but they have nice restaurant, especially the Japanese... gym facilities with a pool, quite nice to enjoy

A very good stay. Clean, lovely amenities and a very welcoming staff! Definitely the most rated one of the Indigo Group from my point of view!

The Japanese restaurant, Izumi, was nice. The teppanyaki was quite delicious. We enjoyed playing at the pool table and WiiU lounge at Piano Rouge. The rain shower in our room was good. There was also free wifi everywhere. However, the nearby river was rather dirty.

We enjoyed very much our stay, everything was "FANTASTIC"
