"Disappointing"

Worst Breakfast. Was downgraded and offered free dinner but was forced to pay for soft drink (with dinner). Will not stay again

"Lovely quiet retreat"

Wonderful relaxing stay. This is a very quiet hotel, however there is a shuttle bus into Port Louis which has a fairly vibrant waterfront and a great market heaving with haggling locals. I would recommend hiring a car, at about £35/day. They drive on the left so no problems for British, Australian and New Zealanders. Ille Aux Cerfs was marvellous with a water taxi taking you out to the truly tropical paradise islands, taxi ride takes 5 minutes. It takes 40 - 45 minutes to get to the embarkation point by car. About 90 minutes by buses, changing at Flacq. Each bus costs 30 Rupees or 60p in sterling. Between Port Chambly and Grand Bay there are a number of lovely beaches, surprisingly well catered for and very cheap. Grand Bay itself and the adjoining Perrybere are quite vibrant with more restaurants and bars than anywhere else we went on the island.

"Amazing times "

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The area is well maintained. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our stay was over Christmas and the dinner was very well organized with delicious food served. The last night of our stay we enjoyed a dinner at Japanese restaurant. I wish we could try the SPA as well but our traveling schedule was very busy. Hope to try it next time if I happen to be back to Mauritius

"Exceptional"

Excellent staff, resort is new, rooms are large and clean. Food is good: two different restaurants. Only minus is location, involving to have a car. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

"Memorable experience"

It was an amazing stay. Hotel is as awesome as I thought. Staff was superb! Hotel's Italian food out of the world!!! Truly a memorable stay
