Conrad Punta de Mita

The wedding planning party at Conrad was extremely accommodating for my wife and I over our 3 day wedding weekend. Whenever there were issues that required smoothing out or communicating between ourselves and the hotel, the wedding planning party was available to help coordinate our needs and rectify any issues without delay! We worked with Wendy and Heriberto who were very accommodating for all our needs and were extremely warm and friendly throughout the process. A big thank you to them as without them and the constant communication we had with them leading up to and during the wedding, our special day could not have happened! Overall, the price at Conrad is quite expensive, but as the adage goes, you get what you pay for — and we certainly feel that we got what we paid for and all of our guests had a fantastic time. We had numerous friends and family tell us it was the best wedding that they've attended; coming from a family of asian descent, these comments are usually never given freely and unprovoked unless they are honest =)

Made the reservation for a weekday Fabio made our experience worthwhile everywhere we went, he was there. I would recommend him for employee of the month. He’s a fabulous individual great personality. Appreciate his super attention to customer service.

Amazing views and staff this place is top notch! From the first margarita at check in to the massages on the beach! Highly recommend a casita with the ocean front!

Property is absolutely beautiful! Staff is amazing and their attention to detail is top notch. Would recommend this hotel to couples , families, solo , all are welcome! We will be back!!

This was our third time staying at Conrad Punta Mita, and it was extra special since we got engaged here years ago and came back to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. This place means a lot to us, and we always end up leaving with even more good memories. Hugo at the front desk was wonderful. He recognized our Diamond status and upgraded us to a beachfront room where we could hear the waves. The room was super comfortable, with great air conditioning, and just steps from the ocean. The only downside was the occasional tiny crab wandering in, but it is hard to complain when you are that close to the beach. The food here is always a highlight. The Diamond continental breakfast was great. Arbol turns into an Italian restaurant in the evenings. A huge shoutout to Eduardo at Mesquite. He truly made our trip. My husband mentioned he loved the mahi mahi last time, and Eduardo talked to the kitchen to make sure they saved some for later in the week. He remembered our preferences, checked in every time we came by, and made us feel very welcome. Joel, the manager, also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. The team there is wonderful. The beach and pool team, Leonardo, Alberto, and Raul, deserve special mention too. They were always there with drinks and food before we even realized we wanted them. Try the mango colada, it is so good, and the al pastor pizza was delicious. We finally got to try Codex this trip, and it completely lived up to the hype. The Lobster Meloso and Sol de Mexico were outstanding. Chef Jose Maria even came to our table to chat about food and travel, which was such a nice touch. We also really appreciated Saul and Vidal, who were both so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Whether it was helping with small details or just greeting us with genuine warmth, they made us feel right at home. It is clear that everyone here takes pride in creating a wonderful guest experience. We were a little sad that some of our favorite people from past visits, like Ana and Rafael, are no longer there, but the current staff continues to be amazing. Three visits in, and we are already talking about the next one. This resort has that special mix of beauty, comfort, and people who genuinely care. We cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful property matched with great service. The beach had a black flag throughout due to weather conditions but that didn’t hamper our vacation. The restaurants at the property were great albeit pricey. We were able to get a car and go to Sayulita which is a fun spot filled with beachside restaurants, bars, party places and quirky stores.

La atención super personalizado muy atentos demasiado

Los precios están equilibrados pero se notan algo excesivos, en hoteles 5 diamantes y resorts más grandes con más actividades, restaurantes, opciones de comida no es ni la mitad de lo que pagas en algunos lugares, entiendo perfectamente de donde vienen los precios pero es un sabor amargo
