Conrad Punta de Mita

Pleasant hotel with nice rooms and good food. Typically overpriced restaurant prices but whatever. Beach is great and close. But one star off for their seating. If you don’t get out at 7am and stick some bag on a chair for maybe using it at 2pm you don’t get a lounge chair. It is a really negative thing to allow and really takes the experience down a couple of notches. They should firmly have a no reserving lounges policy and clear people’s stuff off every half hour or so.

Conrad Punta de mita is first class in every way.. from front desk to bell staff to pool service to restaurants. Too many people to name. We work in hospitality and sales and can be picky when we travel! This resort is one of our top 2 destinations! If you want first class everything we suggest you go to Conrad Punta de mita! We took the cooking and cocktail making classes… enjoyed the pools and pool services! Everything about Conrad is superb!

I stayed at the Conrad while vacationing with three of my best girlfriends. It was a wonderful stay, and I can't say enough about the hospitality, the grounds, and the entire experience. We enjoyed our time by the pools and spa, plus the food was incredible. We felt safe and cared for by all. Marianna was extraordinary. She went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed, and by the time we left, we felt like family. She, along with the rest of the staff, is exceptional, and you are lucky to have them! We will be visiting again for sure.

My husband and I spent a week at the CONRAD Punta De Mita. We were both very impressed with the staff and service. Everyone at this property exemplifies first class excellence! It is located about an hour away from the Puerto Vallarta airport. We did take an uber to the resort and found it very easy to do so. You will need to depart the airport and turn left and walk over the pedestrian bridge to catch an uber away from the airport. It will save you $150.00. Once at the property we found it easy to uber everywhere. We participated in the cooking and drink making classes and loved them all. The breakfast chef teaches the empanada class and she is amazing! You will learn alot if you attend one of these cooking classes. The drink making classes were fun also...The bartenders are very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the drink classes. Every staff member at the pool was amazing! The entire staff and I am sorry I do not remember the names. We were very impresses with their attentiveness and excellent customer service. The beach area is not a pristine sandy beach. Just be advised. The sand is dirty! The waves are great for body surfing! This isn't necessarily a swimming beach! We spent most of our time in the beautiful pools. It is important to note this as most want to swim in the ocean. You will need to be very careful! Overall we loved the CONRAD! The service is the most impressive and the food and drinks are amazing!

Es todo muy lindo y cuidado! el hotel es lindisimo con instalaciones increíbles que están súper bien cuidadas al igual que las habitataciones. Destaco la calidez y amabilidad de todo el personal, son realmente muy atentos todos en cada una de sus áreas. También destaco el equipo de house keeping porque la limpieza de las habitaciones y el cuidado de la sábanas / toallas es realmente impecable. Último pero no menos importante, la playa donde se ubica es muy linda, con mucho verde a los alrededores y una puesta de sol lindisima.

El único comentario para mejorar es la parte gastronómica. El complejo tiene 4 restaurantes con precios muy caros en relación a la calidad , sobretodo si lo comparo con la gastronomía mexicana en general que tiene muy buen nivel ( a excepción de Codex). Creo que si tuvieran precios más razonables , eso hubiera llamado la atención y de lo contrario mejorado la experiencia. Todo el personal de servicio es estupendo!

My wife and I had a great October stay at the Conrad PM. The staff were extremely attentive and gracious. We were really blown away by the staff and how they were so pleasant and always trying to make sure everything is perfect. It seemed pretty quiet when we were there, not dead, but not crowded. It’s also nice and spread out so even if it were busy I don’t think it would be bothersome. I like that it’s a family resort but doesn’t feel like everything is geared toward families and kids and there aren’t a ton of kids everywhere. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We had a room in the main building and it was lovely and had a nice balcony.

The staff was incredible, they made our anniversary trip so special. We loved the dinner at Mesquite and the private dinner at Codex. Breakfast buffet was amazing. And the massage at the spa was perfection. The people there took really good care of us, you can tell they are happy working there.

Nice property but a lot of nickel and diming. The hotel rate is cheap and you can pay 1000’s on food and Bev and excursions per day which I have no issue but ask for a late checkout after 1:00 and they still want you to pay another $80. Not a big amount but just enough to rub you the wrong way for no reason when the hotel is empty. The St Regis and Four Seasons while much more expensive doesn’t do this and are much more welcoming. That being said the service and people at the pool and beach are terrific.

We just had our wedding at Conrad Punta Mita and it was absolutely incredible! The whole experience was 10/10. Heriberto, Wendy, and the whole weddings team went above and beyond to make everything so special. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and her team (Eve Chavez from Eventives - highly recommended) and all the vendors, and took extra special care of us and our group the whole time we were there. Every single person who works at this hotel gives 5 star ++ service. All 100 guests had an absolutely wonderful time and raved about the resort for the whole trip. I would recommend anyone have their wedding there - not only was the team so amazing to work with, but the resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful and all our wedding events came together perfectly. The food at every event was also fantastic, and drink service was impeccable. We would also highly recommend just visiting for vacation because of the amazing service from everyone on property and how great the facilities are. We will remember this forever as one of the greatest times of our lives!
