This property is beautiful. It is an hour drive from the airport and Ubers are scarce. Recommend getting a car if you plan to go off property during the stay. They do have a transportation service as well. Food was very good, and the staff is beyond helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay! Kids loved the water slide!

El hotel esta lindo,nada expectacular la habitaciones estan muy comodas eso si tienen a su favor, realmente comodas pero si tu plan es ir de luna de miel funciona, si eres una pareja con ninos pequenos tambien funciona pero el hotel es excesivamente caro en cualquiera de sus servicios, alimentos, bebidas, actividades y de haber sabido que terminaria gastando lo que gaste hubiera reservado en el Secrets Bahia Mita y hubiera estado mil veces mejor y sobre todo si llevas adolecentes o jovenes , al final pague mas aqui y se aburrieron mis hijos. siempre pago por 2 habitaciones en cualquier hotel y quisimos probar este y cambiar la dinamica un poco pero todo se termina super temprano a las 7:00pm ya no hay nadie por ningun lado y los restaurantes a las 10:00 ya cerraron. si quieres venir y estar en completo silencio y una calma al 100% este es tu lugar de los contrario hay otras opciones por el mismo precio y estan increibles. Termine pagando el day pass del secrets.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind nicht klimatisiert. Bei 35° und 80 % Luftfeuchtigkeit hat uns das nicht gefallen. Ein Hinweis bei der Buchung wäre sicherlich sinnvoll.

We stayed as a family of five in a two-bedroom ocean view suite with a kitchen. Our room package included the full breakfast buffet, a butler, airport transfers, nightly snacks delivered to the room (usually chips with salsa or guacamole), daily replenished fridge beverages, and access to the hydrotherapy circuit and sauna. Kids under 12 also eat free with each paying adult at the restaurants, which was a nice perk. The suite itself was spacious with a gorgeous view, and the location is stunning—an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a beautiful beach framed by mountains on both sides, and waves that were fun but manageable. The kids enjoyed the kids’ club and small water slide, and we had a great spa treatment during our stay. That said, it didn’t quite feel like the value matched the price. A few things could be improved: • The master bedroom door was off its hinges when we arrived. We told our butler twice, but it was never fixed. • Only one restaurant (Paleta) was open during the day, so the menu became repetitive. Even with the in-room kitchen, there’s no market nearby or grocery delivery service, which would have been very helpful. • Restaurant service timing was inconsistent—sometimes quick, other times extremely slow and out of order. • It took 3–4 days to get our in-room beverage requests correct. Access to free drinking water around the resort is limited—you either buy bottled water or go without. Refill stations would make a big difference. • Only one dinner spot (Mesquite) felt like a comfortable option for dining with kids. The other main restaurant, Arbol, had switched to an Italian menu during our stay, but the wait times were excessive and the food itself was underwhelming. • We tried the s’mores on the beach, but at over $150, they were disappointing. The crackers had a plantain flavor and the marshmallows weren’t great. • The pools were not well maintained during our stay—we saw visible algae and bugs (water boatmen). While staff did clean after we reported it, it didn’t last and the water quickly became cloudy again. While the scenery is undeniably gorgeous, the lack of dining variety, inconsistent service, and limited activities made the stay feel a bit boring at times—especially for the price point.

Conrad has great service and food is great . The rooms are nice , I had a suite that was beautiful. Too hot to go in July , I would recommend another month . Getting to off site dinners was tough . Ubers are a bit unreliable and transport thru the hotel is expensive. Hotel needs some entertainment, it’s very quiet , more of a rest and relaxation hotel . Overall very good . Daniela and staff were wonderful.

It was a lovely property with nothing within walking distance except run down hotels. The property itself is secure and safe and we liked the staff a great deal. Food options were very limited and expensive

Best part of the trip was Daniela, our personal concierge. She made everything so easy and accessible. We were celebrating my birthday and I never felt as special when traveling over my birthday (which is most years) as I did here. The entire staff didn't disappoint. What a lovely, unique experience!
