Swiss-Belcourt Sunset

Have stayed here before in the past but it was under a different name. Choose to stay here because of the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak/Kerobokan.

The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi speed. You could tell when the hotel was fully booked. WiFi speed would drop. Trying to watch Netflix or Prime Video was undoable.

It was my first time staying here, its good in terms of budget and amazing in terms of location placment.

The internet is pretty bad

Convenient location, easy check-in, unlimited complementary drinking water available. Large room with kitchen / living area and good bathroom. Good price.

Noisy guests each evening during our stay. TV & Gas cooker not working and fridge leaking water. General cleanliness not the best.

Тараканы (мертвый на полу ванной и живые бегающие по стенам), ужасно грязные полотенца, шторы, испорченные ротанговые кресла и лежаки, грязный бассейн, кафель на полу отходит, не вытяжка, а реактивный двигатель. Отель очень старый, плохо за ним следят. Уборка номеров будит в 9 утра, просто заходят в комнату. Ждали свой номер до 3:30, хотя заезд в 3, что и так позже чем во всех отелях, хотя выезд также до 12. Это точно не 4-звездочный отель, максимум 2 звёзды. Нужна реновация, нужно травить тараканов, что-то делать с огромным количество комаров (это был 11-ый по счету отель на Бали и 3-ий в Семиньяке, нигде столько комаров не было).

La struttura in sé per sé è bella, dico a livello visivo, ma ci sono tante cose da migliorare e soprattutto da pulire! Alla fine è un 4 stelle!!! Persona estremamente gentile

Struttura molto sporca e tanto trascurata! Bagni sporchi, tendaggi sporchi, stanze con muri sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto spegnere il condizionatore perché ogni volta che lo accedevamo avevamo come una sorta di allergia, poi abbiamo visto meglio ed era davvero molto sporco!!! Colazione a buffet da dimenticare, davvero pessima, orari non rispettati, i piatti sporchi dei vari clienti messi per terra in una specie di laboratorio/cucina! Alcuni giorni l’abbiamo saltata comprando delle cose da un supermercato vicino, altri invece ci siamo limitati ad una fetta di pane tostato con marmellata confezionata! Struttura un po’ fuori mano, ma con una passeggiata si arriva in centro. Comunque sono rimasto estremamente deluso…Non mi aspettavo questo da un 4 stelle!!!!

WiFi was terrible

WiFi, one staff mentioned that cooking isn’t possible. Best staff was night security, he brought our orders to the room.
