"Exceptional"

I liked this hotel until they gave me a bill for $1000 bali belly.

The hotel took my passport, my phone, and my necklace until I paid the $1000 for poo on floor bali belly. I had a severe stomach infection. The medical team they called were great however they stitched me when I said I had travel insurance if which I didn't.

We were very happy with the accommodation. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The facilities. Were perfect. We are definitely planning to come back next year.

The pillows were not very comfortable.

"Terrible, the room was a health and safety hazard"

Location was great - central and pool was nice

Our family suite room stunk of wet wall plaster from what looked like ongoing repairs for a leaking ceiling in the bedroom (the plaster had flakes all over the bed) and also in the lounge where the aircon unit constantly leaked puddles on the floor - several towels had to be put on the ground to stop us slipping over. I’d never stay here again, the room was a hazard

"Excellent"

Breakfast was nice! Maybe more variety of fruit and yogurt as well needed. The pool was amazing! The rooms were decent for the money we paid.

The only thing would be that you could hear every little noise down the corridor when in room.

Prettig hotel, midden in Kuta. Eenmaal binnen merk je niets van het drukke Kuta. Heerlijke omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel.

Badkamer mocht wel een upgrade krijgen,
