Great place until the hotel demanded i pay $1000 for diareah clean up. I suffered a stomach infection and needed medical attention. The staff took my phone and passport until I paid it. Dont stay here. My pearl necklace was stolen from massage ladies here also.

Staff thought I had travel insurance for medical so charged me $1000 for diareah clean. They took my phone and refused to give it to me until I paid.

Great location near Beachwalk Shopping Center, Kuta Beach and Poppies Lane. Staff are super helpful and this hotel is great value for money.

Some of the facilities needed repair. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive. Fine for the money though.

Отличный отель, хорошая уборка, очень вкусные завтраки (много разных фруктов , соков, мясо). За отпуск у нас было 4 отеля за отпуск и этот лучший.Приятный сюрприз халатики в номере. Спасибо большое.
