Our Bonvoy points were not applied to the stay. Not sure if we're getting credit for this stay to earn more points as well? Since booked with Booking.com, we were not able to change 2 queen beds to 1 king, which was available. The refrigerator was not secure and we were unable to close all of the way, until we realized that it was sliding all over The little ledge seprator between the microwave and the bedroom was pretty dirty Thow shower was so difficult to turn on, we almost thought it was broken and we would have to call for repair

"Not “pet friendly”….at all…"

We booked a reservation at this “pet friendly” hotel only to be turned away late at night because our “pet” was a cat. Zero notice on website that cats are not welcome. Do not hold yourself out as pet friendly without specifying which pets are welcome and which are not. Arrived at hotel late at night and turned away. Unacceptable by Marriott.
