Clean and comfortable place to stay. Great value.

Our first visit here but won't be our last.

Desk staff were nice. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good time could be a little later. Over all nice stay for four days!

The breakfast was terrible. There were noisy neighbors and the front desk did nothing, I had to call the Police after 3 hours of constant noise and it was Midnight.

The walls were so thin that we could hear the television next door and the occupant left it on all night. Perhaps we just got a bad room, but the bathroom sink was cracked, paint was peeling from the bathroom door frame and there were stains on the couch. In addition, the housekeeper had put the sheets on sideways so they barely covered us.

We were given a handicap room #131 after several other rooms, which were on the second floor, due to a foot injury I couldn’t climb stair. The elevator to the second floor was broken & unusable. Following are the issues we encountered: unsafe bathroom, floor very slippery from water from the shower, had to use towels to walk safely, door damage to bathroom door, rust in the bathroom sink, no laundry bag, deadbolt unusable, non accessible electric outlets without crawling on the floor, room wasn’t clean, had to go to front desk to get clean towels the next day, worn out mattress topper, breakfast as unsuitable, muffins & bagels weren’t fresh, scrambled eggs were unable to eat. I do have pictures of room issues. We also had several friends with us & had the same issues.

When we arrived, our reservation for one queen bed changed to a double-queen room. They could not provide any reason why it changed. Then the elevator would not work on 2nd floor, which is where our room was located. There was a bad smell in the room we stayed in. In fact, there was a foul odor throughout the hallways in this location. The only plus was a decent tv in the room. Everything else was very dissatisfying.

Property was average! Room had missed and broken. Phone jack, the refrigerator freezer door was broken bathroom fan was extremely noisy and air conditioner fan was also noisy. Breakfast was very limited

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. We had a wheelchair accessible room which was fine but when we showered the water ran all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain didn’t go to the floor so nothing stopped it from going everywhere.
