The room was clean and nicely decorated. Was noisy as over looked road and as it was hot needed windows open all night. The staff were amazing extremely polite and eager to please.

"Quality stay at reasonable prices"

The room was tastefully decorated exceptionally clean and had a good sized bathroom with walk in double shower. Also they had light summer duvets which were perfect in the hot weather. The breakfast was delicious probably the best English breakfast we have experienced at any hotel and we were able to order a small size English which was perfect size as the standard full English is very big with two fried eggs and two sausages. A very freshly made and delicious flat white followed by tea for two was served by a very attentive member of staff. The property is a short drive to Southwold from Wangford.

The building had character and charm. The restaurant was great. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were clean. Good water pressure. And dog friendly.

Full English breakfast was excellent

No croissants on the breakfast menu. Bathroom in our room was a bit narrow. Shower was good but did flood the floor a bit.
