Loved the position and location. Staff very friendly

When entering the venue, a smell of sewage. First room we had was very very hot Second room we had, bed uncomfortable. Both room very dusty and cobwebs on ceiling.

The room was pretty hot and when opening our window on room 5, the extractor from the kitchen was noisy and made our room smell like cooking. A fan or air conditioning in this room is needed

We had a warm welcome and checkin and the staff were really cheerful. The room was very comfortable and an amazing cooked breakfast and great choices on the menu.. Plenty of parking at the back of the pub. 3 miles from Southwold and we would definatly stay again.

Very friendly local pub with very friendly and helpful staff, dinner was very good and the breakfast was exceptional, good night sleep in a very comfy bed.

We stopped in the downstairs room which was a bit small but very comfortable, there was a slight smell of drains outside of the room, maybe due to heavy rain.
